Postage and Delivery

£1.99 First Class Royal mail for all semi-precious jewellery.

First class parcel post for £2.50 for boxes of jewellery items (no insurance)

£5.00 Special Delivery which insures the goods in transit against loss or damage.

I will aim to despatch within 3 to 5 working days, dependent on stock levels.

Refunds and Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you must return the goods in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. I will charge you a 20% handling fee on any item - unless items are to be exchanged. You must return the goods in question at your own cost by Royal Mail Special Delivery and they must be received by me in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you have not returned the goods within 7 days of receipt, I will not be able to accept them after this time. I will not accept returns if they are in an un-saleable condition. I regret I cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in he post. Refunds only apply to jewellery bought via the internet, not purchases by personal callers.
